The recruitment process that I lead and manage is characterised by the following stages:

Receive all relevant information about the organization in a way that will allow me to characterize the most suitable profile for the position

Level 01

Digital Media Marketing Strategy - In the present age, I understand the importance of how a position is presented in the various media channels and, therefore, I make “marketing adjustment” for each position in accordance with its character and seniority.

The applicant's search process itself is performed in several channels:

  • Head hunting
  • Posting jobs in relevant web sites

  • Publishing jobs in social media

  • Scanning my existing database of candidates

Building the right recruitment process - setting suitable work procedures for each organization according to its character and needs in a way that enables efficient and effective work process with short lead-times.

Customer Report - once a week, the client receives a report that includes the list of potential candidates for each job and status of engagement for each position.

Overall guidance and support – I am exceptionally hands on during the recruitment process and assist my clients with scheduling and confirming interviews, follow ups with both the client and the candidate after the interview and above all with closing the gaps towards successful hiring of chosen candidates. My support to both clients and candidates is made throughout the recruitment process in a professional, sensitive and discreet way.

The Analytical and Diagnostic process - receiving résumés, checking and analyzing them, having in-depth interviews with relevant candidates, analyzing the findings and writing a detailed report on each candidate.

In 2022, upon my retirement from the IDF, I chose to bring my experience and the knowledge I acquired in the worlds of research and intelligence gathering to the world of human resources, with an emphasis on the work of 'hunting'.

I bring about two decades of military experience in various research and collection positions in the Intelligence Division and in strategic and budget planning positions in the IDF's Planning Division.

During my service, I gained significant experience in the worlds of information collection and analysis and worked closely with a variety of security bodies and companies in the areas of cyber and technology.
